Since June 23, 2016, when more than 30 million people in the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union (EU), Brexit has been top-of-mind and a continued presence in the news cycle. Specifically, employers with large numbers of low-skilled, seasonal workers are particularly interested in Brexit’s impact on immigration, as well as Brexit’s implications for their workforce.
